We definitely gave you guys a challenge this month! Laminated dough seems like it is so hard, but in reality its more labor intensive than it is technique. Adding sourdough to your croissants really enhances and deepens the flavor - and makes it super delicious!
Whether you choose to smear yours with nutella, use them as a sandwich or enjoy them as is, these croissants were great!!
