This month we challenged you guys to make delicious sourdough quick breads and sourdough muffins. Here the starter works mostly as a quick way to use some starter and a flavoring agent. But you can also allow your dough to ferment before you bake it, depending on the recipe. The possibilities are endless here - you can incorporate pretty much any combination of flavors and ingredients that you want.
