So are you ready to find out what we are doing next? Well good! Because we are going to do... Focaccia, a flat oven-baked Italian bread often topped with olive oil, herbs, fruits and/or veggies. Its kind of like a really thick pizza without sauce or cheese, and it is totally delicious!

Each has a different degree of difficulty, and range from a quick to a multi-day in process. And there are plenty of other options, too! In addition to choosing your base recipe, you can also choose how you flavor and top your focaccia - a simple brushing of olive oil and a sprinkling of spices? Fresh herbs pressed onto the top? Or maybe tomatoes? Or grapes? The possibilities are endless, and each option sounds as delicious as the next!
